Aperture 2 has been released. The previous version, Aperture 1.5 was great but very slow. The RAW conversion is good but not as good as Adobe’s and it was more expensive too. With the release of Aperture 2, it has changed all that.
Unlike Lightroom, Aperture can only be used with Mac system. Aperture 2 feature no more less the same with its 1.5 version. It still has a the giant library which stores all the image which we can search for keywords, IPTC and EXIF data and etc but the database has been redesigned which results in better performance, in other word Aperture 2 is extremely fast and it is still is even with a Macbook.
